Surprise! There isn’t any “lesson” today! You have reached the halfway point in the course. CHEERS AND CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU! Spend the day tuning into your feelings and do what makes you feel PEACEFUL. Listen to the still, small voice inside you for guidance on what to do with your day. See if you can do ONLY what allows you to feel peaceful and brings you joy. And yes, you might learn how to say “no” to some invitations or things you think you “should” do. If you want some ideas on different activities, refer to Appendix A-3. As you read the list, be aware of how you are feeling about each suggestion.
